SHIPPING TIMES
Due to the impact COVID-19 is having on deliveries Australia wide our usual shipping times may be impacted by delays. We thank you for your patience and appreciate your understanding. Our customer care team will do their best to keep you updated with your items and will send you a tracking number as soon as your items are dispatched.
RETURNS
At Coast and Soul we are all about bringing the good vibes and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns on most full priced items that is either damaged, the wrong size or the wrong item was sent to you.
To be eligible for a return you must return your item within 14 days of receiving your products and accompany it with proof of purchase.
Your purchased items must be returned in new condition, unwashed and un-used and still have tags on it or be in it's original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that have been used or washed or appear damaged by you.
Shipping costs for returns is to be paid by the customer and we strongly recommend you send your item with a tracking number. In the event your return goes missing we will not be able to refund your item.

We will not accept refunds/exchanges on items if you have not contacted us first to arrange your return.
Once our customer care team has reviewed the items we will arrange for an exchange, credit note or full refund and you will be contacted via email.
Please note: Personalised items can not be returned or refunded.
